I have sent my laptop in for repairs twice for fan noise. After coming back both times the fan noise is just as bad as when it left. The hinge also creaks loudly and the rubber feet are stretched and falling off after the repairs. I don't want to send it in again since one repair took six weeks and they didn't really seem to fix anything. Can I just walk in the store and ask for a replacement?

Generally, the Geek Squad will try to repair all the problems you are having with your laptop. Did you notify your local store that you were still encountering these issues after you received your laptop back? If not, I would recommend doing so so they can assist you in getting this repaired.
