Replacement of Refridgerator

Ive rec'd no emails regarding my recently purchased refridgerator replacement..I was advised it would be sent right after service was given.

Please advise
Repairs were pending. Then replacement for new granted. Still waiting Smiley Sad 
NEW REFIRDGERATOR #3 now #4..
All ice maker issues...

Disappointed in turn around time. And lack of follow through.
And to date? STILL DID NOT RECOVER PROMISED $200 for freezer loss months ago.

Unless you’re in a cold place and can just throw your food outside in a snow bank, being without a working fridge would be rather frustrating, so I’m sorry to hear your repair and subsequent exchange process isn’t processing as quickly as expected though. Without reviewing your specific case, I’m not sure what the hold-up is, but I’d be happy to take a peek into it on your behalf.
