Called on a Monday store in Saratoga NY. Explained at length that I had two (2) Bose Wave with optional cd changers.
Had power surge at home and cd changers not working. Made 3:20 pm appointment for that day. Drove the 43 miles to store arriving at 3:12 pm.
Explained again to tech about problem for repair. He said "no it cant be repaired". I said ok then give me something in writing to say the Bose cannot be repaired. Need a repair bill or a statment that could not be fixed for insurance company.
He said "no".
Drove 43 miles home again.
Contacted store by email again.........explained what had happened............and given a number for Geek Squad again!
