Repairman Did 16k Worth of Damage - No Reply from Sedwick

During a washer and dryer deliver our repairman managed to do $16,000 worth of damage based on the quote we recieved. We filed a claim with Sedwick and they said they are looking for an inusrance adjuster, but its been over two weeks and they stopped responding to me.

 

What am I supposed to do? Best Buy compledlty destroyed the entryway and staircases in my home and its impossible to get anyone on support.

Katie, I can not respond to you as your system is telling me I am not allowed to send private messages. I dont care about this information being public

 

Here is the information you requested. Again the damages are estimated at 16k! My house is a complete wreck, please if there is anything you can do to escalate! Thank you!

While you may not care that the data is posted publicly please understand that it opens you up to several risks, including scammers acting like individuals who represent Best Buy and/or the Sedgwick representatives.

 

It looks like the moderators removed all of the sensitive information, so that risk has lowered.  If you are getting messages that say you have reached your limits, it is due to a browser cache issue.  Please clear your browser cache and attempt again.  Also make sure you are not connected using a VPN and that you are not running an ad blocker.  Due to the scripts used by the form to authenticate users and block bots, running any of the above could cause you to receive errors.  You'll want to re-send the information in a private message.

Still dealing with this, the insurance agent has stopped responding to me and i have no idea what to do. Honestly what a scam best buy is
