When I dropped my laptop off at the store, the associate told me that the repair would take 2-4 weeks. As week 4 is ending and I am about to depart my college campus, I am concerned about when I can get my product from the store. After speaking with several agents over online via phone and chat, initially I was told that the product had an expected date to be finished by February 15, but my device wasn't touched by an agent until after that date. Fast forward to February 19, the repair website said that the work on my device was completed and that it was picked up in store. After receiving this message, I called customer service and they said the device was still at the service center. On February 25, my device is said to be in repair AGAIN and that the part was in stock. What is taking so long? It's hard enough having to use a rented computer as a CS major and now I'm leaving campus and my device seems to just be sitting in a facility not being worked on. When will it be finished? Will it be finished before I leave campus? Who can I talk to or visit to get my device repaired and returned?
