Repair complaint

12/23 dryer malfunction. Dryer is under warranty. Since then I have had 5 scheduled repair dates. The last one was today between 8-5.At 5:22 tonight I got a text for another date of March 4th. As a customer this is not OK. To take a day off and not show up was the icing on the cake.. To keep rescheduling was a pain but I could understand the first one or 2. Not waiting to March 4th. Headed to buy a dryer from a local vendor who does not use an outside repair company. Not sure who thought using Sears to supplement warranties was a good idea. Lesson learned.
