Repair Status staying “In Repair” past expected turn back time

I turned in my laptop for a keyboard repair July 20th and it has been “In Repair” when checked in the Repair Status since August 27th. I was told that the turn back time was 2-3 weeks and that time has already been surpassed. I’m not sure what this may mean nor do I know what I should do.

If you have already tried to Track Your Repair, and would like more information on the status, the best way to do so would be to reach out to the local Geek Squad Precinct where you dropped off the device.
