When it comes to the repair of Samsung phones, it is true that only select stores are currently Samsung Authorized Service Centers. Those stores would be able to provide services under the original manufacturer's warranty or our Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans. If the phone that you purchased was refurbished, however, while it it typically will come with a 90 day warranty, that warranty is generally covered by the place that did the refurbishment. This information is typically provided in the packaging of the phone.
