Refurbished Samsung S10 warranty

I have been spending my time on struggling to have my s10 been repaired by best buy. I bought this phone 2 months ago. It has a connection problem. When i drive my car internet and call connection are lost. If i stay on a stable place, there is no problem. I am a doordash driver and i always drive. I have to restart my phone 5 to 10 times a day. I went to best buy everett they said we can not fix Samsung here, you have to go to Dedham. I went there, they said you have no warranty. I can see there is 3 months warranty on refurbished phones on best buy website. I am writing here for the last possible solution. Please help me. I know i have 3 months warranty on my phone. Thank you.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forum! I use my phone in my car often for streaming music or navigating, so I can understand having your phone not being able to stay connected as a DoorDash driver wouldn't be ideal. 

 

When it comes to the repair of Samsung phones, it is true that only select stores are currently Samsung Authorized Service Centers. Those stores would be able to provide services under the original manufacturer's warranty or our Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans. If the phone that you purchased was refurbished, however, while it it typically will come with a 90 day warranty, that warranty is generally covered by the place that did the refurbishment. This information is typically provided in the packaging of the phone.
