Don't feel alone I've been waiting for six weeks for parts. They outsource repairs and the company they chose for me was fifty miles north in a small town. I live next to Dallas, Tx I myselft can order the needed parts and recieve them the same day. I have a samsung refridge which has broken four times since purchace. I am not a appliance repairman but I do repair industrial equipment and the company I work for would never treat customers this way. Geek squad is a joke and so is the extended warranty.
