hey best buy, i got these headphones (but not from your store) and i would like to know how much it would cost for it to be fixed. The charger port on the headphones broke and won't charge anymore. It would be much appreciated if you replied as fast as you can. thank you

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on the Best Buy forum! I hate it when my technology breaks, especially if it’s well loved.
Given the information you’ve provided, that you didn’t purchase this product from us, do not have a Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP), and it’s physically damaged, my understanding is that our Geek Squad wouldn’t be able to assist you in store with a repair. If you purchased your headphones less than a year ago, they may still be covered under a manufacturer warranty. The concern I have in that instance, though, is that most manufacturer warranties only cover normal wear and tear, and do not cover physical damage. You can certainly reach out to the manufacturer, though, to see if they have any options available for you. You can see a list of many manufacturer phone numbers on our website here if you want to check that possibility out. Be aware, that manufacturers will likely ask for the serial number, model number, and proof of purchase for your headphones when you call.
I hope this helps!
