I’ve been dealing with the same thing! We have 6 kids and our refrigerator hasn’t worked in over a month! I have spent more than 20 hours on the phone with customer service. None of them have any knowledge to help out or get the repair moving. The store managers are just as worthless. I call Samsung and they keep tossing me back and forth. Meanwhile no one has a certified tech in the area to come look at it! They have asked me to pay for someone to come take a look at it? I told them sure, just refund me the money I spent on the extended warranty! And then they are silent. Not one person in the call centers has helped AT ALL! Here we are now going on two months, and nothing has happened since the day I filed the claim! Best Buy is a scam! Their warranty is a scam! I will never make another purchase from them ever again!
