I am an elite plus member ( whatever that means )

I purchased a laptop on October 2018.

On January 2019 the scree cracked

I sent it for repairs thru geek squad-

Since then-

1) Returned laptop screen became unglued and the windows froze

2) Sent it again - took 20 days to repair and returned with windows not working properly.

3) Left it at geek squad, they guaranteed that all the softare was fixed and the hardware was checked throughly.

Took it home and stoped charging.

4) brought it back to the store and was told the batery died and that they do not check on that whern they check the hardware.

Now is going to take another 10-21 days to get it back.

 

So a computer that I bought brand new on October has spent almost 2 mohts on the shop.

I have demanded a replacement no avail.

So my question, if enough of us complain to the BBB, will they do something about this scam they call geek squad ?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! Having had some computer issues recently myself, I know it’s never ideal to go without your computer as you wait for a repair. I regret to hear about your experience and the multiple issues that happened. That definitely sounds frustrating.

 

While I wouldn’t be able to speed up the repair process, I’d be happy to check on the status of the order for you and make sure you have the latest update. To do so, I’d just ask that you send a private message with your name, email, phone number, and service order number.
