I am having trouble getting help processing my warranty claim for my ASUS monitor and saw you provide support to another customer with a similar issue on this forum.
Similar to this customer, I tried to submit an RMA claim on the ASUS website and they directed me to Best Buy. After talking to Best Buy customer service, they set up an appointment for me at the Geek Squad in Union City, CA only for a rep at this store to call me shortly after to say they do not provide support/repairs for ASUS monitors. I have tried to get support from ASUS for days now (phone call, chat e-mail, etc.) and they continue to point me back to Best Buy. Can you help me figure out what I'm supposed to do?
