Why punish Best Buy. You should tell them not to but a toshiba fire TV. After all, it is toshiba who has not fixedd this issue.

Have you been able to schedule a date and time for an Agent to come out to your home to look at the TV with you? If not, I am happy to see what may be possible.

Depending on the size of the TV, it is possible that an in-home visit may be required as our stores are not equipped to accept all TV sizes for service.
