I too purchased a Samsung 65" TV less than a year ago with the Geek Squad warranty. My TV went out on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I have had two tech visits with neither being able to repair. They are now telling me that a third in home visit is required after ordering yet another part. I am so disappointed with their customer service and being transferred but no results. I have been on hold, transferred and hung up when talking to agents/reps of both Geek Squad and Best Buy. You guys sell one product and customer service in the store but your actual customer service experience is worst than horrible. I'm so disappointed. I'm tired of hearing about how the TV is put together on the assembly line and about procedures that they have to follow. I would advise anyone purchasing a TV from Best Buy with Geek Squad warranty to think about it before doing so.
