My son purchased this same phone on December 28th and is having the exact same issues. I can't believe Best Buy is selling a defective device. This phone was not cheap. - over $300 and only worked a little over a month. What is he supposed to do now. This is utterly ridiculous. The sote and manufactur company should be taking care of this for the customer.

If your son purchased Geek Squad Protection for his phone, he should be able to arrange for a replacement by visiting Request a replacement device. Otherwise, I recommend that he contact Sony Mobile Support at (855) 806-8464 for options under the manufacturer warranty.
