Best Buy has the worst customer service of any national chain i have dealt with. I was on the phone for two hours yesterday, in reaching two poeple, but both lost connection when we started to communicate. Best Buy does not want to talk to anyone about any problems. I have been to Best Buy 3 times in dealing with my serious radio tuner problems and all they want to do is replace the tuner, which doesnt identify the problems, this would have been the third tuner in two months. I live two hours away from the Denver store, but can't call any store, must go through their national call center which puts you on hold for an hour, then disconnects you,. If I ever walk into a Best Buy again, please shoot me!!!!!
