Wow! As the previous customer expresses themselves, we are in the same situation. 3 weeks ago our Samsung family hub refrigerator 2 years old @ $3500 plus broke down. We called Best Buy and a 3rd party tech was sent to our home. We felt very uncomfortable with someone else in our home during this pandemic, but fixing our fridge outweighs the risks at this time. The technician was not sure what the refrigerator had so he put freon and told us not to purchase to many groceries until the 10th day (to make sure the fridge works) We waited officially 14 days, we restocked our fridge and it stopped working. We made another appointment this time with geek squad so we had to wait a longer wait time, then it would for another 3rd party. We waited and it was a no show! We have email confirmations for our appointment reminder, and no one showed up. We called customer service we keep getting put on hold, there is no manager, manager is in meeting, manager is in another call, we end up being on hold for over an hour until we hang up! It’s ridiculous! It’s a circus show, and I keep getting the run around. I’ve called customer service, local Best Buy store (manager), headquarters and there is no manager that can help us! A third party tech was apparently scheduled and came today he said he could not fix the refrigerator, he will send out the report then that would go who knows where, and then it goes somewhere else and blah blah blah, he said he did not have an eta. We are in a pandemic, we are not working, and to top it off we are in a heat wave, and we have no fridge. And no one at Best Buy can help us! I feel like we are in a bizarre nightmare.
