Hi Javier of Best Buy:


I am in my vacation home in Wellington, Florida. We have a similar situation as Houbddog792. We bought Insignia-Roku TV 32" from BBY in 10/17. We used it for 2 weeks only. It worked well. Now we returned to our vacation home and the WiFi is not working. Tried for the last 3 days-NO CONNECTION. I am looking into many blogs of people with similar experience with no help for a long time. I am surprsised you are still selling this junk to thousands. I want to return it and get a refund or exchange for some other relaible TV.

Taking the keyword vacation into consideration, I would like for you to be able to enjoy your Roku in either of your homes. I’m more than happy to help you with this.


Generally, these issues can be resolved by first ensuring your TV is up to date with the latest firmware from Roku directly. Then, reset/restart your router while your TV is off and unplugged. If this does not resolve your issues, you are more than welcome to contact the Geek Squad and set up an consultation with an agent and have them verify the unit doesn’t have a faulty wireless card.
