I just had an insignia die on me after 2 years. I didn't buy the warranty, but it looks like it is a scam. I knew a guy who used to have no problem with best buy warranty claims, but that was years ago. Looks like they don't honor them now. I'll just buy from walmart.

We have a couple different ways to obtain work on your broken TV. Realizing our protection wasn't purchased originally we should still have options available for repair. To find out what repair options exist, I'd recommend calling 1-800-433-5778. I'm hoping you're able to find the help you're looking for after speaking with them, and I'll cross my fingers you're able to make Best Buy your shopping destination for your replacement!
