Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans are a fantastic way to protect your valued purchases, especially something so large as a new TV. In the event you qualify for a replacement product and the original model you purchased is no longer available, our terms and conditions state we’ll typically find a comparable item with near-identical specifications to be exchanged for your current product. This would fulfill your GSP plan, and we would not issue a store credit for any difference in price. However, if the comparable model you choose is more expensive than the item you originally purchased, you would have a balance due at the time of the exchange for the difference in price.
