Hello, I am having the exact same issue as the above Ms. Maritza.

I have submitted several food storage claim forms and no response and when I contact best buy going through the prompts and choose food spoilage I have been told that they do not handle this type of matter and there is no number for me to call to resolve this issue.

I just went through a fridge replacement that took over 3 months due to Best Buy repeatedly not entering data into the system. When finally got the replacement approved the store we went to said they did not honor the replacement terms. I had to print up the emails from geek squad replacement center and bring them in.

You are not alone.  Seems like they are having issues receiving emails.  Hopefully someone reaches out to you soon.  They deleted your reply from my post today.  I hope they dont delete this since we are just trying to communicate with each other in an open forum.
