Re: Email for customer service

My wife was instructed by Apple to bring her iPhone to Best Buy to have it looked at. The technician broke her OtterBox case. She barely received an apology. The case is unrepairable. No compensation was offered. The phone could not be fixed. We used the insurance to replace the phone. However the warranty company is saying the iPhone moisture sensor was activated. The phone was never in water and was only out if my wife's have once when your technician handled it.

Re: Email for customer service

Good morning, Purbanjr,

I’m sorry to read about your wife’s iPhone and Otterbox case! Customers place a significant amount of trust in us when turning in their devices for repair, so it’s discouraging something reportedly went so horribly wrong. I’m not sure what ultimately happened; however, I appreciate you reaching out to us, as I’d be happy to review your case with local management.

I’ll need some additional information from you first though, so please be on the lookout for a private message heading your way shortly. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Thanks for posting,
