Have to agree. We had a set scheduled appointment to come in for service and kept getting emails reminding us of the appointment. Well, you guessed it, took off time from work, drove there and their one man service isn't there that day. No notice, no email nothing. When I asked the girl at the service desk, seemed like oh well. Want to reschedule? No. I will bring the item back and get it somewhere else and have it taken care of somewhere else. What Customer Service? What a crock. Never again. Won't see me in there....and you wonder why stores like these lose business and customers. Kids working there with no work ethic, don't care, nothing. Adios, no more BB for me

We got the item returned and went to a competitor. No more jacking around with our "appointment" which was rescheduled like 3 times. Drove all the way there and the installer never showed up. Thanks for telling us. Adios.
