I’ve also had the same issue with this! My wife and I have been going to the manhattan beach location in California and today where denied service stating they no longer replace these screen protectors.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I’m sorry to hear your experience with getting your Armor Edge screen protector replaced hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would hope.

 

While we’re unable to offer a replacement of most screen protectors carried in our stores, we should be able to offer a replacement of your Armor Edge screen protector, as long as it was purchased and installed at a Best Buy.  I’d like to see what we can do to get this matter resolved for you, given a few pieces of additional information.  If you could send me a private message with the following pieces of information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

 

This should be enough for me to get started.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.

Thanks again! We honestly wouldn’t be making such a big deal of this but, when your promised life time warranty in store to inlet be denied it makes no sense
