Admittedly, I typically end up with Zagg as well, but I've heard some great things about Armor Edge! I'm glad to hear you went with this option, and that you had an easy first experience swapping out the screen protector the first time. With that said, I'm sorry to hear its installation may be the suspect in the need for another one.
In most cases, we would typically direct you to the manufacturer for replacement under the warranty. With Armor Edge though, we should be able to take care of you in store. I suspect the second store you visited may have missed this exception to the rule, causing your confusion. It sounds like you may have paid to have the screen replaced in store, including an installation fee. I would like to take a closer look at this with you to see how we could make this right.
