Ran out the clock on my warranty repair?

I contacted BestBuy for a warranty repair on my Samsung refrigerator back in September 2021, shortly before my warranty ran out. Nobody followed up. I called again in late November and was told that since I started the process before the warranty expired, they would still honor it. A tech came out in December to assess. I never heard from anyone again. I reached out again in late January and was told that the warranty would not be honored.


I would just like to get it repaired. We have had problems with the ice maker since we bought the unit.
