REPAIR STATUS IS WACK

On august 9 i’ve brought my pc in for a repair. on august 13 the service center got the reaper and completed it on the same day. it’s been 15 days since the reaper has left the service center. i’m already in my first week of the college semester without a computer. please get to this as soon as possible. my school work is being jeopardized with the bad customer service i’ve been recently receiving.

you should call them again and ask them where your pc is. if they can’t give you an actual answer file a complaint for theft. they don’t know where your pc is. that’s what i did after i posted this

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums. As a student myself, I know that any time without my computer is a big deal so I can understand your frustration to not receive an update on the shipping status of this return.

 

Based on your second post, it sounds like you've been able to get an update. Is that correct? Is there anything I can do to help at this time? Please let me know, I'd be glad to check on this for you!
