Hello,
A few months back I purchased an Acer Nitro 5 laptop and after a few months, the screen started showing artifacting and showing things that were on the screen before, also half the screen turned pink. It rapidly starting getting worse and I had to send it to geek squad for repair to fix the GPU, which I still have a warranty for, and it took almost a month for me to get it back, making me miss my first few days of college. The problem is already starting to happen again, along with the battery does not hold a charge for as long as I think it should, and the audio jack sometimes stops detecting my microphone in any headset I try with any headset or earbuds so it has been quite problematic, and missing an entire month of college would basically make me have to take my current semester over again so I was wondering if it is possible for me to wipe this one and be able to swap it out with a new one
Thank you

Good afternoon, Thomas785,
Thank you for stopping by our community forums. As a student myself, I know that even a single day without a working computer can have a huge impact so I can understand wanting to get this figured as quickly as possible. I would be glad to help you explore what options are available for your laptop.
We offer a 15-day Return & Exchange Promise for most of the products we sell. Based on your post, it sounds like we would be unable to process a return or exchange. Have you been able to get in touch with your local Geek Squad to see if they may be able to shed some light on what repair options are available? While I can't guarantee any specific outcome, they may be able to troubleshoot some of these problems.
If you'd like, I can reach out to them on your behalf so they can help review this. If you'd me to do so, I will need to gather a bit more information. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
You can send me a private message by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
