I purchased a roku TV in person inside one of your stores. I have the receipt, the Plan ID # and the SKU#. I'm logged into the account e-mail I'm sure I would have given them at the register and it is telling me that I have never bought anything. I can't attach my account to the purchase by entering in the information on the receipt, thus I do not have access to the protection plan. I have looked at previous posts about this and they were all resolved through private messages so there isn't a public solution available making this post necessary.
