Poor customer service and product

I have to say im pretty lazy and I never usually take the initiative to go this far... however after purchasing a gaming computer from best buy in December having it fail the second week... getting a new replacement computer failed a week later... returning the item no questions asked... being informed in March that the 2080 ti cards have all been fixed I have the email from nvidia. I went out purchased another top of the line 3100 computer... day 1 after 2 weeks getting it shipped it failed... I had geek squad send it out for repair April 18th 2019... during this process I called today I haven't heard much only a few messages from their tracking that the computer case was badly damaged may 10th... I asked to recieve a copy of the email with pictures... was hung up on... called back asking what they are going to do and how much longer it's going to take... I still don't have an answer for my question. Im seriously considering calling my state representative and filling out a formal complaint with the the better business bureau... I'm very patient and I'm a huge gamer all i want is a PC that works not 4 computers later and it may still not work... I'm very patient and understanding i completely understand that accidents happen and shipping damages happen but you think they would have the decency to inform the customer what's going on not have me waiting now almost 2 months after purchasing it...
