I had a very disappointing expericence at Best Buy Tukwila, WA today. I had a scheduled appointment to get a new battery for my phone. When I checked in, I was told that they did not have any batteries I took a ferry to the mainland to get to the store, scheduled my day around this appointment. When I asked about a future schedule, I was told that there is never a guarantee that the needed part would by available. Why bother making a schedule?? The type of device I was bringing in was included in the schedling process. I was trying hard to avoid a trip to the Apple store in the mall, and was thrilled when I was able to schedule with Best Buy, as a certified repair location. I am not going to do that again.
