Please help, Sedgewick not responding

Entered a claim with sedgewick and its taking way too long to get done. I keep calling and no one is getting back to me. What is going on with my claim. I need this wrapped up

Welcome to our community.  It's never my hope to discover damage after any kind of service appointment takes place in my home, but if that were to happen, I'd expect prompt assistance with resolving the situation.  I was dismayed to hear that you've had trouble connecting with Sedgwick to discuss your concerns in more detail, but I'll be happy to step in and offer my assistance.  When you can, please send me a private message that includes the following:

 

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Sedgwick claim number
  • Order number, or:
  • Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt

Heed help getting Sedgewick to respond to my claim

Hello,

 

This is ridiculous. Sedgewick hasn't responsded to my claim yet. I can't reach them by telephone as they don't pick up. What is going. Is Sedgewick real company, did they go out of business or something. This is totally unprofessional. Can someone get my claim resolved.

Hi Cornelius,

 

Thank you for reaching back out to us.  As I mentioned in my private message, Sedgwick responds to messages in the order they are received.  I'll keep an eye on your case for any updates and will let you know the moment I have more news to share.  In the meantime, I regret we will need to ask for your continued patience.

Has any progress been made? I'm in the same boat.
