The very same event happened to me. I bought a Motorola cell phone at Best Buy two Month ago proving to
be deffective at some point. It would turn on and off in a kind of loophole sequence. I went back to Best Buy Durham store and they failed to honor the guarantee. The manager a lady, was arrogant and mad to me. She said to
call Motorola. Finally I decided to return the Motorola cell phone and request my money back which they refused.
I considered a loyal customer to Best Buy. Not anymore. I am ready to go after Best Buy to the Better Business Bureau.
