Hello, I am currently posting for my friend as she is without her computer right now(hp-omen-gaming-pc-intel-core-i7-9700k-256gb-ssd-1tb-hdd-16gb-ram-geforce-rtx-2070-eng-open-box) We are very unhappy with the service that we have gotten from Best Buy as of late. My friend bought her computer on April 21st and received it the 26th of April, the computer worked alright for the first two weeks, then it started to have small issues, like freezing for a few seconds and a couple of blue screens. Come May 26th it will not boot into windows at all, it blue screens every time and gives a new error each time. They got the 3 year Geek Squad Protection, but because of all the issues that the computer has had its left a bad taste in our mouth. We were wondering if there is anyway we could return or exchange for a new one. The Best buys in her area (Ontario) are not open so she can cannot bring it there. Without a PC my friend is completely out of work so if we could get this resolved or get some answers to our questions that would be amazing.

since they have the 3 year geek squad make and appointment and get it fixed.
