Pathetic service from Geek Squad

I purchased a Samsung Refrigration with extended warrantly.


I have called over 10 times and created multiple tickets to address issues with the fridge. My fridge is still not cooling, and Best Buy is not approving further replairs to their outsourcer (Elite Applicances).


The extended warrantly money is a rip off, with no value to me. I not only wasted the extended warranty premium but also the hundreds of dollors of meat and food as fridge doesnt cool. Plus, it makes a loud noise when fan runs.


A few geek squad reference numbers:{removed per forum guidelines} 


The Geek Squad guys waste time saying they are escalating the issue, but do not provide any contact information of their manager or escalation person.  Every time, they say its going to take 3-5 busienss days.  When I call Elite Appliances, they are waiting for Best Buy to approve the repair. 


Pathetic service from BEST BUY, full of games and lies, while customers suffer!!!


I'm extremly dissapponted with Best Buy. How can I complain to consumer services and other  channels?
