We know that getting a PlayStation 4 is an exciting purchase, so we appreciate that you decided to make your purchase with us. That said, the experience you have described isn't the one we intended for you, so we appreciate you reaching out to us here to explore your options at this point.
That said, bobberuchi is correct that your purchase would be outside of our Return & Exchange Promise if you got the item a few months back. When you say that you have a warranty on the product, are you referring to the manufacturer warranty, or did you purchase Geek Squad Protection on your PlayStation 4 Console?
If you didn't purchase Geek Squad Protection (GSP), your best bet would be to work with the manufacture, as bobberuchi suggested, as they would be able to see what is covered under their one-year manufacture warranty.
