My issue is that they didnt give me the option of having my ps4 repaired, they autmatically did a Rapid Exchange and now i have someone elses refurbished console and nobody wants to tell me what the warranty is on stuff you guys send out that is used.... i would of rather had waited for my own t be repaired than getting someone elses used item... i have called and they tell me to talk to the store and the store keeep saying to call support.... round and round in circles...im very disatisfied.... with Best Buy/Geek Squad
