my name is Naisha - my laptop shipped 3 weeks ago March 29th and have received no updates. I really need my laptop for work, please assist. I have spoke to multiple agents, called multiple Geek Squads. I was told i would get a response today and when I chat again today, I was told the repair hasnt been assigned to anyone. From there I was given a number to contact the center in Kentucky with an incorrect extension. Please help!
