I've had my Whirlpool side by side for one month, today. As of yesterday, just the freezer was not working. As of this morning, neither work. I've lost 75% of my food, and am getting the runaround from both Whirlpool and Best Buy. I understand I am outside the two week return timeframe, but this isn't because I just don't like the fridge, it's because it is defective. I have a piece of scrapmetal that I paid $1000 for sitting in my kitchen, and am using my back porch and a laundry basket for my fridge. Whirlpool does not have any service techs in my area, and neither Best Buy phone nor Best Buy chat agents can assist, they just keep giving me toll free numbers to call, that get me nowhere. One of my last phone agents had roosters crowing in the background. I am at my wit's end here, I just want a fridge that works longer than 1 month, and for someone to stand behind the product that was sold to me. Please help me!
