Not working New Insignia™ - Chest Freezer

My new Insignia 5.0 Cu Freezer didn't freez probably only after 10 days or even less. 

 

Foods are ruined and this is bad for preparing emergency.

 

During Covid, it's way so difficult to communicate with Bestbuy.

Was directed to talk to the 8882378289 number and never been able to speak with a customer representative.

Order number is : {removed per forum guidelines} (item delivered April 9, 2020)

 

The appliance was dropped of ourside my house due to Covid, didn't work my basement after self-set up in least than about 10 days or less (who check freezer every day in the basement if not using it actively)

 

Simply, Bestbuy mentioned exchange (pick up my freezer) is not possible during covid, asking for repaire and seems that should be done after covid, bring it to store for a return needs to be done in 15 days, and should contact the store. 

 

Very unclear directions, and communicated with different agenets, problem still not fixed.

At this time, most purchases made between March 1, 2020 through May 17, 2020 can be returned or exchanged until May 31, 2020. As you mentioned, we are not currently offering in-home services like repair at this time. You can find some more details here.
