NordicTrack s22i problems



I wanted to see if other people have had better luck concerning the NordicTrack S22i exercise bike. My bike came and worked for 29 days, but of course come day 30 I couldn't return it and it was making weird noises. I contacted NordicTrack regarding the warranty and 4 months later my bike is not fixed. NordicTrack has not been helpful at all.


I contacted Best Buy and explained my situation and requested a return. They will not help and repeatedly told me it is NordicTracks problem now. 


I am beyond frustrated not only at the 30 day return policy of BB, but at their lack of help, especially when I spent over $2k on a product. 


My experience with the equipment and both companies has been horrendous. They constantly point fingers at each other.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our community forums. I've been looking at exercise equipment over the past several months and I know it's a big investment. I can imagine your surprise for this bicycle to stop working normally so soon after it arrived. I would be glad to provide some more details on what options are available to assist you moving forward.


Do you remember if you purchased a Geek Squad Protection (GSP)plan with this order? If so, the Geek Squad should be able to help you explore repair options.


If you didn't purchase GSP, I would recommend continuing to work with NordicTrack Support for assistance using the manufacturer warranty.
