No update for almost two weeks

There have been no updates for 10 days now, since my laptop was being ‘assessed’ for geek squad repair... My laptop is supposedly due to be finished today... but no updates since the 16th.

I appreciate you taking the time wo join and write us regarding your laptop. Having a Geek Squad Protection Plan is supposed to make these types of situations simple. I would be reaching out to someone as well if it were happening to me. Have you been able to reach out or go by the store you’ve been working with for updates? You may also reach out directly to the Geek Squad Team at 1-800-433-5778. Let me know if you need further assistance.

When I call the store, I am told to press a few numbers to check on the repair, I do this, and it says it will check for any repair orders under my phone number, but brings up none. I have not been able to go to the store directly, just yet.

I have called just now, and I was just told, it is still awaiting to be assigned to someone... despite it having been shipped to the center for repair over 10 days ago now, with the estimated date having passed as well.
