I had appliances installed by Best Buy in early November and the technicians damaged my front door during delivery. The technicians were apologetic and very quick to get a claim started through Sedwick. The claim was settled quickly and a check was supposed to be sent to me. This was back in mid-November. I have not received a check to this point and after calling and emailing Sedgwick more times than I can track, I still have not received an update on my claim.

I’m sad to hear that you have yet to receive an update. Did you have a claim number? If so, I may be able to check the status of it on your behalf.
