No range for 2 months now!!

I bought a whirlpool range which began reporting a cooling fan malfunction 2 months after the manufacturer’s warranty (just 1 year!!) expired. Luckily I bought a 5 year Geek Squad protection plan.....2 months since my initial service request, we still have no oven. The wrong parts were shipped initially. When the correct part arrived and the tech showed up, the issue still wasn’t resolved. I’m waiting for the next appointment, which I’m not very optimistic about. My family and and coulldnt cook for thanksgiving, for christmas, or on any other day for the last two months. This is awful customer service and extremely frustrating. We’re limited in the dinners we can make and this has been a burden just about every single day. I think I’ll go someplace else for my next major appliance.

Not sure why my post didn't receive a reply from a best buy rep. is this just the norm?

How does the guy who waits a half hour to respond to the customer service rep and is then surprised when they don’t answer him get a response about a printer get a response but I don’t?
