Thanks for taking the time to register to our Forums and asking about this. I am happy to look in to this for you.
After doing some research, it does not look like Best Buy is supporting this program. This means we are not providing exchanges or refunds for this phone. I was able to find that Google is offering this replacement if you purchased it directly from them. If it was purchased from somewhere else like Best Buy Google is directing customers to the Huawei Support page.
If you did not purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan on this phone or it has expired, I would also recommend you contact the manufacturer to see if they are offering any similar support.
Please let me know if you have any further questions, I am happy to assist as much as I can.

We have contacted Huawei, they will not do anything. and in cases, people want best buy to talk to google and Huawei to take responsibility for all of the affected phones.

what are you taking about? the fee they are asking is way more than $100 + Tax since i just asked a few minutes before and they told me that i have to pay $229 + Tax for the service if my phone out of warranty. And i found out so many people got the same issue which means its not physical damage. It's totally the cellphone problem.
