Never shopping at best buy again

I bought a fridge at best buy on Jan 19 2020. About three weeks ago, it totally stopped working. Nothing would stay cold and everything melted. I have a 3 year warranty so I sat on the phone with Best Buy for over two hours JUST to make an appointment. The soonest appointment I could get was a week which is a LONG time without a fridge. They finally send someone out & tell me right away that the compressor is broken. They said they would order the part and call me as soon as it comes in which could take 10 business days. Today is the 10th business day, keep in mind it has now been 3 weeks with no fridge. The repair company tells me Best Buy didn’t approve the job and I’d have to call them. Are you kidding me! Not a single call to tell me the job wasn’t approved and I’ve been sitting here waiting for weeks! I don’t understand why they wouldn’t approve the job. I’ve now been on the phone with them for TWO HOURS and i’ve been put back on hold 6 TIMES. I need my fridge fixed, 3 weeks without a fridge UNDER WARRANTY is unacceptable. I purchase everything at Best Buy. ALL of my electronics come from Best Buy. A warranty here means NOTHING apparently. I will never ever be shopping at Best Buy again & I will be making sure none of my friends or family do either. This has been an absolute nightmare.
