I purchased a refurb Iphone 7 from BestBuy and recieved a phone that the ear peice did not function so i had to use speaker phone or bluetooth headsets, on top of this the cell serivice kept dropping due to a known Iphone 7 issues:
Sent the phone back per the warranty instructions included with the phone, which to 7 business days, when the replacement that CCR Warranty sent back to me, there is no phone in the box. Called them and they are questioning me about why its not there an i have to file a lost package claim and it will be investigated within 7-10 business days.
How does Bestbuy do business with this kind of company, and of course i can't get refund becuase it is past that deadline......
Searching this forum there is a pattern of this, you should really rethink whatever relationship you have them as they are horrible.

Having to use your phone on speaker can be quite an issue and a little embarrassing, too! I had a similar issue from regular use on my iPhone 6 prior to upgrading to an iPhone 8 this summer. Thank you for joining our community to share with us, we’re sorry to hear the refurbished iPhone 7 you had order had this issue and you’re having issue with your warranty claim. We’d be happy to point you in the correct direction on this matter.
Please continue to work with CCR Warranty regarding this matter, CCR Warranty would be best positioned to continue to assist you. They’d be able to examine information available, like the recorded ship weight to support your claim during their investigation of this matter. You’re more than welcome to post updates to us, we’re always open to hearing feedback regarding our partners.
