Needing to talk to someone at corporate

Hi i recentally had a horrible experiance at best buy taylor michigan location.. i have a hp laptop

Product number:X7T78UA
i called hp about my laptop not booting up, after a bunch of tests i ran while on the phone with hp they told me i can take it to best buy for repair.  I went to best buy taylor and dropped it off for service.. They shipped it to there repair facility in kentucky. it was looked at and they replaced the fan, hard drive and the hard drive cable.   they immediatly shipped it back to best buy taylor mi.. i went to pick it up and was told that it would have to be shipped back to the repair facility because the computer was still not passing the component test for the hard drive.  im soo angry and frustrated by this point because it was over 1 week by the time i got it back and now it has to be shipped back there and go without it for who knows how long now.. i had a horrible experiance with geek squad and i cant believe my laptop left the repair facility in the same condition when i dropped it off. at this point i dont think i will ever buy another product from best buy or take any item there for repairs.  can someone please contact me
