Need help with Samsung fridge getting fix and not sure why the lemon policy

My Samsung refrigerator has a problem yet again. This has been happening since 2018. It is an ongoing intermittent problem with the ice maker froze over and now the ice maker frozen over and the back of fridge is frozen over.

I called dec 17th and I said I need fridge fix before Christmas. They said they have to send me to the third party group. So they set appointment for next day dec 18th from 12 to 5 and stress I need this fix before Christmas and I can't take any more days off before christmas I took off all day to be here. I get a call at 1 25 pm to confirm address and I did. He said u are 2 hours away from me not sure why you are on my route. So he said he will send another person. On my area. Then at 2 12 I get a email from the third party saying I was not home and sent a picture of his stealing wheel. So how u go from 2 hours away then saying I was not home. That is a slap in the face as o was sitting at home the whole time and took off work where I am now not getting paid. So now nobody can fix it today and you guys saying I need to reschedule after I said I can't miss another day of work. Then I get a text message mybappoinment has been reschule but had the wrong fridge. As I was trying to cancel that I get another text saying they set me up on Dec 21 and now that appointment had the wrong address. This is a joke and feel like you are screwing me over and trying to make sure I don't get it fix before Christmas. I have taken pics and screen shots of this mess

Also on top of all that I don't understand why this is not part of your no lemon policy. Ibwas told the ice maker is not part of it. But I feel like a switch and bait saying yes but when somebody goes with the policy u said no that is not covered

Best buy corporate are you going to honor the no lemon policy guarantee that I paid for? All I’m asking for is some kind of store credit for my refrigerator and I understand I would have to pay the difference in price for a new refrigerator, I don’t expect a free refrigerator or an upgrade.
